“I was concerned when I only saw one local pharmacy after moving to this area 9 months ago. I had nothing to be worried over because this rite aid has given me the best pharmacy service of any pharmacy in 38 years of chronic health problems.They're kind and helpful. They listen and don't make you feel like an inconvenience. I know very well how hard working in the pharmacy is these days and yet they do it with a smile while making me feel like they really care about the service they give me.10 out of 10 recommend this location to all Canal Fulton locals!”

“It's clean good choice of fresh veggies and fruit, however was hard to get an employee that was eligible to scan beer (ended up leaving it) looked over receipts says bunch of points used in garden center even though never approved hate never enough lines open that's NOT self checkout only 3 cashier's ever open with at least 5 to 6 in line with massive AMT of groceries”

“I can't thank medicap enough for helping me today in going above and beyond to get a prescription filled for my mom who has dementia and so needed..she had been in a nursing facility who filled it on the same day we brought her home and they didn't turn it back in so she could get credit for it and her insurance didn't want to fill it again and we were totally out .they called her insurance for her and was able to get it filled..we are so very grateful to them, and mom will get a good night rest tonight..THANK You Medicap ”

“This place is a hit or miss!! Never have any lines open only a few self check outs but then want to stop you an check your receipt on the way out! Look if you don't trust us to ring everything up correctly then maybe take them out!!!! Idk. They are only there to keep an honest person honest,!! People steal like it's going out of style threw self checkouts and then wonder why. I have Soo much to say about Walmart the good an the ugly.”

“I had to have an antibiotic called in today. Doctors & clinics & online docs are swamped the day after Christmas. But I finally got an Rx called in at 12:43pm. Walmart pharmacy notified me at 12:47pm that it was ready. Always an awesome staff & awesome service!”
“everytime I leave the Waterloo Rd Marc's in Akron, I say I'm never going there again. The cashiers either don't know how to communicate with the public or don't care. there is never a greeting, never a have a nice day. usually the cashier doesn't even acknowledge the customer. I would rather pay more money and be treated nicely. my cashier Stephon never said one word to me until I asked him if he talked. when I asked him that the cashier at the register next to him tried to stare me down. I'm sorry but I'm done with this Marc's and the HORRIBLE service.”

“I am very impressed with the Rite Aid in Barberton. I have lived close to here for almost 6 years. I had bad experiences with Rite Aid in the past, so I was reluctant to go there. Since it's so close, it was the most convenient option for my pharmacy needs. I shop here 2-3 times per week. The customer service is awesome. The pharmacy has been great. I choose to go here instead of Walmart for basic items. The store is very well organized and the prices are reasonable. The management team has been nothing short of amazing and I could not recommend this location enough!”

My husband & I don’t have insurance so we used to have our prescriptions sent to wherever is cheaper through the good Rx discount app. ( Walmart/ CVS/Giant Eagle) it’s usually always most expensive at Walgreens but we almost always just pay the extra money and use this pharmacy because the staff is amazing & we would much rather pay more money & have great service. They always get our refills on time/ call for reminders/ call to see how we are doing on any new medication & are super helpful and friendly every-time we call or go in. They make it very easy for the customer. Everyone is awesome.. but the male pharmacist is always especially super helpful and courteous! If your looking for a fast/ easy/ customer service friendly pharmacy I would for sure recommend Walgreens on wales road!”

“We always get our med's thru this pharmacy. The pharmacists are friendly, approachable, and always ready to address any concerns. Only one pharmacy aid really shouldn't be working there, but we can't say enough about the other pharmacy aids. All the other aids (besides the one) are knowledgeable and really care about you as a person. We've been patrons of multitude pharmacies and by far Walmart Pharmacy beats all! Kudos!”

“I have never had a bad experience at Giant Eagle Massillon Pharmacy. The staff is kind and helpful. Even when i am confused and unsure how things work, they explain it and help me understand. I have never had a mix-up or wrong medication. Occasionally a med is not in stock and I have to wait a day to get it. I can't imagine a better pharmacy. Customer for 8 years now.”

“This pharmacy is excellent! The staff is helpful and caring. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be. And even when things get complicated with my insurance, they are patient and work with me to make sure everything is right.I have been getting Rx filled here for 20+ years and they have always been wonderful. For a short time i switched to riteaid because of changes in my insurance, that was a mistake. The last straw was when riteaid made a mistake that left me without medication for days and didn't even apologize! A similar problem arose at Heritage Square and they worked with me to make it right so that I didn't miss a single dose.They even have an app, and it works better than the ones the big chains use!Heritage Square is awesome. I am proud to support this small independent pharmacy.”
