“The Masi Storage Units management team deserves 5 Stars!! My husband and I drove 3 hours to come take some items out of our storage unit on a late Monday afternoon. When we arrived, our lock would not open and we were locked out of our unit. We called Erica and Cedric and they offered to come and help us get into our unit. Cedric drove from a 30-minute drive away and came immediately to help us. We were so grateful! We have been thankful that we have been able to store our valuables with this company for over 2 years now. Today was our first time opening our unit in almost 2 years and everything was dry and clean!! We definitely recommend these units if you are in need of a storage facility.”
