“I decided we needed a whole house generator. Lowes had them on sale. Lowes sales person was good and responsive, but after the generac was ordered, Lowes was not very responsive, often giving us misleading information on delivery dates.Contrast that with Crystal from CRT Mechanical. She kept us in the loop and let us know that CRT Mechanical now had our generator and was fully testing it. That's good because my neighbor got a faulty one from Lowes and could not get a replacement from Lowes for weeks. That gave me confidence that CRT Mechanical was going to do a good job.Today was install day. Jason and Jared showed up and assessed with us the best placement of the generac as well as all the boxes and thick wires so that everything was fairly pleasing to the eye. They worked hard. Tools everywhere. I appreciated their competence and attention to detail. I took notice that CRT Mechanicals does HVAC and plumbing as well. If the installers Jason and Jared are typical of this company, I would not hesitate to use this company when I need those services. Highly recommend CRT Mechanicals. They are competent and take great care to provide you with the placement of equipment least distracting. Very pleased.”

“We have used them to move us 3 times now and had wonderful experiences each time. They are responsive, quick to provide a quote, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, and the staff are so polite, respectful, careful, and fun too! Very, very hard workers – I don’t think any of them stopped moving all day. Nothing was damaged or broken. They packaged and covered everything so our stuff was well protected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends and family. They are THE BEST!”
