When completing a transaction and handing customers their receipt, it would be great if the cashier could make eye contact and offer a friendly farewell like 'have a nice evening' or 'please come again.' Avoiding a rushed handoff of the receipt without acknowledgment can make customers feel more valued. Thank you for your consideration”

“Have had relatively good experiences at this Lowe's location since moving to the area. I think they, like most retail, are challenged by staffing issues and this can lead to some frustrations. Trying to find help at some times in the day can be frustrating. I tend to rely on the app to help me locate items in store when possible.Checking out yesterday, there were only self checkout and no staffed registers. I was buying some small items but had I had a large cart, this can be annoying.”

“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
