“I had gone to Rapid Wrench, as i was told by Take 5 Oil change in Medina that i needed a coolant flush ASAP. They had advised it was 149 dollars and that my coolant was black. I make an appt at Rapid Wrench as i also needed brakes. I was surprised when Rapid Wrench called and told me i did not need a coolant flush and that my car fax had reported it was already done recently. Rapid does fantastic work, their communication is excellent and my car was completed as promised for the price quoted. Highly recommend for all of your car care needs. Thank you !!”

I've since moved up to Cleveland and I still bring all my vehicles down here to Brunswick, it's nice to know that I get quality work and honesty. I've never ever had them try to sell me something I didn't need unlike so many other places I've been. If you considering taking your car someplace to get it fixed and you've never been to Judd's I highly recommend them.”

“WOW! I would trust them with one of my classic vehicles, due to quality of the repair.
I worked closely with Charlie; his attention to detail is impressive! He battled with the insurance company to ensure that only OEM parts were reinstalled. I had no issue waiting a month to get it right. Perfection takes time. No orange peel, and the gaps are perfect, just like it left the Toyota factory back in 2022.
I would recommend Marksman Auto Body to anyone. From scheduling with Pam and the updates from Charlie, I could not have asked for a better experience. Robbie was great as well!”

“I have gotten two sets of tires & other servicing with Parma Tire over the last 5 years & I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The staff are friendly, genuine, helpful & truly want to do right by their customers. It shows in every interaction I have had with them. Their pricing is great, scheduling is simple. Edit: I had to edit this one. Today I dropped my car off to have a flat rear tire replaced. At payment, I was told they moved the new tire up front. My car is FWD & they wanted to make sure I had the best traction for winter. Best shop I've ever worked with. It's the little things.”
“10 years ago I took one of my cars here to get fixed. Chris called me and told me it wasn't worth fixing and it was a "death trap." I have much respect for him because he could of easily kept repairing things and making money off me but he didn't. It's now 2024 and my uncle just went here to get his brakes done. They did a excellent job and they charged him a honest a fair price. Glad to see they are still doing good things 10 years later.”

I went in for an estimate to fix my side-view mirror, which I accidentally broke while backing out of my garage. I already had the replacement part with me. Sarah greeted me with a smile, took the part and my car key, and within 10 minutes told me the technician was already working on it. In less than 15 minutes, it was done—good as new! When I asked about the repair cost, she said don't worry about it. I was blown away by their kindness, speed, and professionalism. Truly outstanding service!”

“Per the recommendation of my long-trusted mechanic (Ron Joyce; owner of Ron's Garage), I met with a salesman named Ravi at the Brunswick AutoMart's Volkswagan lot. Ravi was professional and Great to work with throughout the entire process! He listened to me regarding the type of car & features I was hoping to find, and the level of budget I had to work with, and he made it happen in short time. I ended up getting a 2019 VW Tiguan, which has been a better vehicle than I even expected to get, plus, the dealerships' financing department worked very well at staying within my budget. Brunswick Auto Mart had been the 3rd place I had gone to looking for a car and all the other salesmen I had met were typical, pushy and predatorial salesmen. Cam at Brunswick Volkswagen was the complete opposite. It was like buying a car from a friend.

“I had a screw in my tire that I was able to remove but could not get it patched. I went up on a Saturday which I knew was a busy day for them and asked if there was any way they could patch it. I was told I had to leave it but they'd make it work. I got a call a couple hours later that it was done and ready. Any other place could have told me they were too busy and brush it off, but Conrad's really helped me out!”
“My 2015 CX-9 start having battery problems, during 2 visits they were able to confirm that it was the alternator but the part was not available for a few days and offered a loaner car for the duration.
