“My jeep renegade CEL went on for a misfire and I needed to get it looked at/fixed quickly. I googled for mechanics near me and Music's Automotive was one in the list. I checked the list and read through reviews and called in yesterday for an appointment. The girl who initially answered the call said Monday but got me in for today. She was very courteous and friendly. I took the car early morning, met Jimmy & Kevin. They offered to give me a ride home so I didn't need to get an Uber. By midday, Kevin called and ran through the issues found, explained it and told me the cost. By 5pm, it was ready to be picked up. Very nice people, excellent customer service, fast & efficient work and knowledgeable staff. The pricing seem reasonable. I'll bring my car here from now on. Thank you!”

“I literally left a competitor’s store where I had an appointment for an oil change and I was not even addressed for 25 minutes! This Jiffy Lube was prompt, efficient, and VERY POLITE!! The young men held the door open for me as I walked into the store, promptly told me of their specials, and efficiently began to service my car! They did all of this with a smile! It was sooo nice seeing young people efficiently and politely doing their job with such great attitudes! Impressive! I would highly recommend this store! Kudos to all three of these young men!”
