Not only was the price much lower than competitors, but they did a full inspection, sent me photographs of everything, AND the owner called me to explain the inspection results AFTER the shop was already closed. “Original review - 1 star: To begin, I believe the quality of service was good and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the lack of transparency with the pricing. My diesel oil change and fuel filter service cost was nearly $160 more than the estimate I was given for the services. I have purchased several trucks and thousands of dollars of service from Germain Ford but If this is the way I will be treated by this dealership then I will never return.Update - 4 stars: Germain reached out to me and told me that they had indeed overcharged me due to a "glitch" in the system. They not only credited the overcharge back to me but also gave me reward points for the aggravation. I don't know how the overcharge happened but they made it right this time, so I'm changing my rating.”

“I've never paid so much for an oil change ? 109.99 for a synthetic oil with high miles of 139,000 then ask about using 25 off coupon advertised online then I was offered a coupon of 36.99??? Weird how it all added up and what not. They also didn't ask me for a specific oil change just did it and came back with the price of 109.99 for a 2013 hyundai elantra gt. ? never again will I trust another jiffy lube. Lady cashier was beyond rude and lacked customer service accuracy. ?Service: Brakes”
