“I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.”

“Empirical Sound recently handled all of the sound equipment and DJ for my wedding and what an incredible job they did. Mike was awesome to work with, from all the prep work ahead of time planning out everything for our day, to the set up and execution of our ceremony and into the reception everything was top notch. Very professional, equipment was top notch, we got tons of complements from our guests on how well the music was done during our ceremony and even into the reception they kept the music jamming! “We went here for the CVS makeup section and found the Physician's Formula brand foundation and eye liner that I was looking for. Also picked up a few other makeup items. Less hectic and less busy than Walmart, but as expected, the prices are a bit higher. Parking is plentiful and organized.”

I,m back in Canada and I just want to say how professional this young man is and also send him a big Thank You for the help he provided to me and my wife in fixing our phone.??”
“Manny the manager at this location was amazing he went above and beyond his job to help me. Metro PCs customer services made a huge mistake with a switching of a phone number and Manny helped me talk to them and straighten everything out it took us about 3 hours for the corrections. He display great customer service. I really wish Metro PCs would continue to employ people like Manny that really look out for the customers best interest.”

“Dropped the phone off for a battery swap, guy said 30 min wait, so I ran across the road for a quick bite to eat and made it back before 30 min. The phone phone was ready under 30 min and the battery cost was reasonable at $40. I don't know about the rest of the service offered, but the guy was cool and took care of me for what I needed. I have them a 4 only because there's always room for improvement, otherwise they were a 5 star”
“Brendan and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and helped me create my business account on the Go5G Plus plan! Excellent customer service and deals! I went to both Parma locations and they said they couldn’t help me but Brendan the Store Manager really helped us get a good deal that saved money!”

After calling around to the big box stores and some other local electronics shops, Nick was the only one who could confidently tell me he had the item in stock. He was able to quickly pick out the cable my laptop needed and equip me to be able to work remotely again. If you’re ever in a pinch, head over there and support this great local business.”
“Kenyatta and Dave have always looked out for me and my mother with our two accounts that we’ve had that both of my accounts have been paid off. I will continue to rent from them. There was never a problem when family illness left us running late on my payment. I am a firm believer in KARMA and they always showed wonderful patience and kindness

“Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”

“My boyfriend and I stopped by Target on 117th st to grab a few household items we were needing along with some books for my little girl.
Our cashier was Brianna and she was more than helpful. Not only did she provide a warm welcome and friendly smile but she went above and beyond and got on her personal phone to use the Target app and check prices on the books we were about to purchase. She informed us that items usually cost more in store then they do online and when that happens the customer is allowed to ask the Target employee to match the price advertised on the Target app.
Brianna ended up saving us over 20$.
My boyfriend was in utter disbelief as he wasnt aware price matching even existed. He left the store a very happy man.
Briana definitely left a lasting impression on him and brightened his day..

“Mike was the gentleman helping me and he did a fantastic job setting me up with a phone upgrade. I went in there looking for a higher end phone but he was realistic on what I should get considering the person on my plan that it was for. Instead of trying to make a few extra dollars he was realistic and considered what was in my best interest. He was also very respectful and professional. Seeing as the Metro store in Brunswick closed a while back I've had to find other stores to go to. I'm glad I decided to try this location. While I was there he was also able to set me up with an Internet modem and I was able to get their new Internet in home wifi. Great experience”
