“After being with the sane vet from 1990-2023 when they retired and soldn their practice was happy to find Willow Creek. Doctors take their time, are very thorough. It is clean and accessible and they don't price gouge you.”
“Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. “Dr. Ashley Staycheff is a ROCKSTAR! I met her for a second opinion as a recommendation from a friend's wonderful experience with Cuyahoga Valley Veterinary Clinic. My 5-year-old Bichon tumbled down an entire flight of steps and began limping. I had been going to Bartels in Brecksville for 5-6 years. Bartels treated her with meds for the first week to see if it helped and healed. It did not, so the next step was an X-ray. Sounds logical. They told me there were no broken bones or dislocations, but showed some arthritis forming and atrophy in her leg. They gave her a cortisone injection and a shot of Labrella to aim at direct nerve pain and said to see if that helped. It got worse, and my dog was not using her leg at all. Bartels called me to confirm my appointment for her next month's Labrella shot. I asked what this was for and the front office person said they thought for her arthritis. I informed them this was an injury and asked to have the Dr. call me back to determine what we were solving for. No phone call back from the Dr. but a message from the front office stating "The Dr. encourages to do at least one more injection of the Labrella. Typically when patients are first starting they recommend doing this for three months in a row to see if it's helping and then after 3 months the Dr. can suggest other options." They also recommended acupuncture. When I called Cuyahoga Valley, Dr. Ashley proactively contacted Bartels for the X-Rays and notes, reviewed medications and when I came to Cuyahoga Valley she pulled up the X-rays to show me that the knee joint was being pushed forward and the femur and tibia were off-centered which told her that the two bones were sliding back and forth unsupported. She did testing to determine that there was also significant nerve damage. My dog was in pain, in need of surgery, and the meds Bartels put me on that I thought one was for pain, was a muscle relaxer not serving a purpose. She discussed our options with us on surgery, quickly got her scheduled, and my dog is now out of pain and thriving. Whether it's a family member, children, or pets you want to trust your medical provider with their advice. Dr. Ashley was extremely competent, confident, and knowledgeable. I trust her with my dog's life, and will be taking all of my animals to her going forward. i can't say enough about this practice and Dr. Ashley.”
“Dr Chris is consistently extremely knowledgeable and very kind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have taken our dogs there for years and it's always been a positive experience despite the outcome. They recently displayed 100% excellence in caring for our Golden retriever experiencing a life threatening emergency, and we will forever be grateful that they responded immediately to the back seat of our car without an appointment. She was seconds away from gone❤️”

“Dr Jay is incredibly kind & knowledgeable & takes all the time needed to take care of your pup. Never rushes through anything & makes sure to thoroughly explain everything. Has a sense of humor to keep even the more difficult visits lighthearted. After our one dogs passed away he found out through the oncologist and he sent us a sympathy card in the mail. That was very touching & thoughtful. I would recommend bringing your dog here 100/100 times. Very very fair pricing too & appointments can typically be made without needing to wait long.”
“We boarded our dog Gus for a six-day stay with the B&B Pet Resort last week. The staff went out of their way to take care of him. He is a Shepherd/Husky mix that gets very nervous around strangers, so this was not an easy proposition. The staff tries real hard to make him comfortable (especially when he decides to go on one of his starvation diets!) and my wife and I greatly appreciate the attention given to him. We highly recommend them and plan to board him there for our next vacation and for all of our future needs. Thanks to all the staff again!!!”

“I highly recommend Dr. Neal Sivula & Danicing Paws. Can’t say enough positive things about our appointment. Dr. Sivula is extremely knowledgeable & caring. He listens, and knew everything about why we were there. I have been looking for an holistic vet for a long time that uses the same approach themselves . Additionally he simplified our process (we home-cook food for dogs, have used slightly cooked raw, etc.) he reduced the amount of junk supplements . he also made recommendations & gave info for processes & products that he doesn’t sell, in other wards he wasn’t trying to sell us more processes through dancing paws. I hope to never need cancer help, or major illnesses, though i now know who our first call will be to! I strongly recommend Dancing Paws & Dr Sivula!”
“We've always been happy with this clinic, but when our kitty was in trouble, they were really great. This past summer, our cat stopped eating or drinking water. She was stressed out because of the 4th of July and visitors staying with us from out of town. They responded to messages and called me during the holiday giving me ideas of what to do and then took her the very first appointment when they opened. They were very responsive and helpful.”
“They are a small, very busy veterinarian clinic. It takes a while to get an appointment since they only have one vet, but Dr. Metz is a vet that went to college for the love of animals, not to get rich by taking advantage of people that love their furkids. It has been closed for a few months due to Dr. Metz having health issues of her own. A prayer for her health would a great way to say Thank You, for keeping the prices at her clinic very reasonable.”
