“I cannot say enough good about this moving company, which I used when I relocated back to Ohio in 2013, and again on April 15th. I requested the same three movers, and two of them came back with another two young gentlemen. Every office contact, and my personal interface with these young movers was respectful, careful, thorough and far surpassing my expectations. They always completed the move in the alloted time, and you could never ask for better young men than Adam, Matt, Brian, Kam and Sayth, who were all excellent and attententive to this avanced aged lady. “Wow! Just. Wow! We (The Musical Theater Project) decided to work remotely, and so we needed to move from a building in Independence to two storage units near Lakewood. We hired Berea Moving and Storage because they had been trustee by major arts organizations throughout Norheast Ohio. We needed to move backstock of CDs from our record label, and many, many theatrical costumes, in addition to office records, supplies, and equipment. They were thorough, careful, systematic, and organized. They were also really fun to work with! Somehow, they managed to find a spot for everything, even suggesting ways to organize the storage spaces so that everything would have its place. Best of all, the thousands of CDs were places in their exact right spot, in the exact right shelf--easy to find! We are forever grateful to this wonderful, family owned business. If they can organize our move, they can do the same for anyone.”
“Used this business for moving. When I spoke to Ralph and set a date / discussed this things I needed moved I knew that this was a professional and friendly local business. Connected the day before to verify and the guys showed up right on time the following morning. I had most things packed well but they tidied up any loose ends and were prepared to pack more. Had me moved in the quoted time. Nothing broken and total professionalism. Follow up call from owner within an hour. Not looking to move anytime soon but if and when I do, I hope Ralph and his crew are still there. Highly recommend.Also want to add that as a woman it was very high on my list to feel safe and trusting and this company fit both those wants.”

“We recently used Weleski Transfer for a move from Cleveland to Miami and they did a fantastic job! Great project coordination from start to finish, and the driver and crew were very professional and efficient. Our move involved special packing for international shipment. Weleski came equipped with all the needed supplies and the finished product was amazing. The moving truck itself was in great condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We feel like our belongings are in great hands! Highly recommended!”

All our things arrived safely - and we had some odd items to moved (a large gong, a loom, and some Tiffany lamps). We called U-Pack, got a very reasonable quote (especially reasonable compared to competitors) and had a moving container delivered exactly when we needed it. The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!”
“These guys do a great job! I hired them to build out cubed furniture that we had on site in my office. Their quote was fair and exactly what I was invoiced. They arrived on the date and time indicated and did exactly what they said they would. They went over and above by coming back the next day to install a few outlets we were missing, after locating them for me from a used furniture company, picking them up and at no additional cost! Friendly and professional team. I would highly recommend them.”

“Mostly good experiences all around. Moved from Florida to Ohio.Pack-Rat delivered and picked up container on scheduled dates. (If you need to schedule outside packers make sure you pay the extra for specific times and dates). Only a couple of glitches: on the day of pick-up, I was advised the ordered 8ft container wasn't available, so agreed to a 16ft one at no extra charge. This caused belongings to roll around in the unit and there was some damage to some very old kitchen chairs. Not their fault, though. Additionally, I had negotiated an all inclusive rate to match another carrier's quote but a fuel surcharge was included anyway and haven't succeeded in getting a refund. But, all in all, Pack-Rat was great and I would definitely use them again.”

“I tried the online auction for the first time. I won the item I wanted at a good price which was great! However, it was large and too heavy for my husband and I to unload from a U Haul and get up into our house. We used the delivery service and got quite a surprise when we were charged for quite a few additional services besides the $140 per hour for the movers!I am editing my original review to say that a really great person reached out to me and made things right with the extra charges. I truly appreciate that! It shows they care care about their customers.”
