“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

“About 3 weeks ago, the owner of the store, fixed my phone. My phone was not working on the screen. I could not type anything on the middle of the screen. The owner was really nice, explained what was going on with my phone and easily helped me get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. I was really satisfied with the honesty, information, and quick fix. Price was VERY reasonable. I surely would recommend this place!”

Whereas at most other stores they seem less interested to help when you aren't spending big buck, He worked with me so I got the best phone/plan within the price range I could afford. I came into the store looking for a new phone to replace the one I lost recently. Rachel and Mary were very helpful with getting my new phone all set up. Unfortunately, while I was trying to put in all the other extra stuff I needed to get manually in the new phone, I locked myself out of my phone. Rachel did absolutely everything she could to unlock the phone for me. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Her patience, her knowledge and persistence and her happiness for me that the problem was solved is something I will always remember and be so thankful for! “Manny the manager at this location was amazing he went above and beyond his job to help me. Metro PCs customer services made a huge mistake with a switching of a phone number and Manny helped me talk to them and straighten everything out it took us about 3 hours for the corrections. He display great customer service. I really wish Metro PCs would continue to employ people like Manny that really look out for the customers best interest.”

“Dropped the phone off for a battery swap, guy said 30 min wait, so I ran across the road for a quick bite to eat and made it back before 30 min. The phone phone was ready under 30 min and the battery cost was reasonable at $40. I don't know about the rest of the service offered, but the guy was cool and took care of me for what I needed. I have them a 4 only because there's always room for improvement, otherwise they were a 5 star”
