“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

I came into the store looking for a new phone to replace the one I lost recently. Rachel and Mary were very helpful with getting my new phone all set up. Unfortunately, while I was trying to put in all the other extra stuff I needed to get manually in the new phone, I locked myself out of my phone. Rachel did absolutely everything she could to unlock the phone for me. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Her patience, her knowledge and persistence and her happiness for me that the problem was solved is something I will always remember and be so thankful for! Verizon, you have the absolutely amazing customer service at this store and an outstanding employee in Rachel, who went above and beyond anything I can remember in a long, long, long time! “I took my mom to this Cricket location to get a new phone. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted by a very kind young lady name Leah. Leah helped my mom choose a phone and accessories to protect her new phone. While we were waiting to get everything changed over another really nice young lady name Allison helped my mom choose a Bluetooth speaker. Allison went over the features of the speaker and even demonstrated the volume for her. Once we were all done Leah informed my mom that if she needed any help setting up her phone that she can always come in and they would be happy to help her with the setup. These two ladies were very friendly and pleasant and made the change over quick and simple.”

“This AT&T MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) provides low cost phone service, albeit with non-flagship phones (although you can bring your own unlocked GSM phones if you wish). This location had a helpful agent that ported the number and also provided a free Samsung Galaxy J Star for switching. They also will subtract 5.00 off the bill if you autopay it.”
