The store is well stocked and they encourage you to show up ready to try the machines.The people are all knowledgeable and are intimately involved in making certain the product is right for the person. There is no pressure to buy a specific brand or model.They service what they sell. Since home equipment can run in the multiple thousands of dollars, having service option is a must. I have heard and read horror stories of people buying equipment from online retailers who won't back up a warranty when something goes bad.I purchased one piece of equipment that had an issue with an arm attachment. After performing a service call and determining one of the set screws had been stripped, they replaced the entire machine.Nice people, owner operated, good prices, great service.”

For each they took their time, treated me with excellent care and class, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase every single time. “Went in looking for a driver for myself and my 2 sons. Rob Jones took the time to set me up with exactly what I was looking for. He even showed me the difference in shaft choices. After I hit a few he adjusted the angle on the Sim2 max was hitting. Made a HUGE difference! Every other store I’ve been to has turned on the simulator and walked away. That may work for more experienced golfers, but for me Rob was exactly what I needed. Boys were excited to have “real” clubs. The “Masters sale” made the price palatable.”

The store associate explained all of my options through the quality promise program and spent at least 10 minutes with me until we decided on a way to go.
