“good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.”
“I was attended by Ashley and her customer service was absolutely terrible , I honestly hope I don’t get helped by her anymore. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the gentleman who helped me last week had amazing customer service and was extremely helpful and looked like actually wanted to be there unlike Ashley”
“Thank you for Lindsey and this post office! After UPS delayed a package and turned it over to USPS, my package wasn’t going to be delivered on time to a little girl for her birthday. Devastated, I called this post office to see what could be done and Lindsey was SO incredibly kind. She personally went to look for the package and once she found it, she called the receiver to pick up. She didn’t have to go out of the way to do this especially during the busiest time of year but she did. I’m so grateful for her. She truly is someone making a difference and the epitome of what customer service should be.”

“Super fast service!! There is usually no line and you get in and out within a few minutes. I almost always take my packages here to be shipped. The only time I will go to the State St. location is if he is closed for lunch.”
“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“Quality service and always willing to answer questions. Great hours. I have always had my packages scanned in when I drop them off at the counter. I am an online merchant and preprint my USPS lables, so I just walk in and leave dozens of packages on the counter, not needing to wait in line or talk to anyone. Super covenant and trustworthy.
Make sure the other reviews that are 1 star are a result of the post office and not the reviewer. The Post Office priorities getting letters and packages right where they need to go, not speedy through the line like a fast food restaurant. They need to serve everyone the best they can, NOT rushing them out the door as fast as possible. i.e. they could have a long line because they are making sure every citizen (not customer) is served.”
“I recently needed some extra assistance with receiving my mail.After contacting the staff they went above and beyond in helping me. A particular staff, Shanequa, at this location was exceptional and really cared that the issue was taken care of properly. Everyone that I've dealt with at this location have been courteous and professional.”
