I know when I take my car there I will get a complete inspection with each oil change and will be alerted of any potential issues. When there are issues between oil changes Tarvin usually is able to assess the issue and make the repair within a day. We really trust Kim and his team to take car of our cars.”

“Just had my car serviced at Overbeck on Madison Rd. It was a great experience. Not only did they actually listen to me, but they were efficient, knowledgeable, and checked things I even forgot to ask about. They kept me informed and told me what needed to be fixed and what things were in my future requiring fixing. They have a nice waiting area and even provide snacks and drinks. This was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this auto service place. You won't be sorry if you go there.”

“I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done.. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.. while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.”
“I only had 100$ on me and I needed to get an Alignment done. Their alignments are 121 plus tax. I told the guy I only had 100$ and he said that they would fix my alignment for 100$. They are very respectful here and it’s nice and clean. A great place to go to!”

“On my way to work I got a screw in my tire. I quickly went to another tire place right by my office to just get the tire plugged and they said they "might" be able to get me in before 7pm but couldn't guarantee so I went to Bob Sumerel about a mile down the road. The scheduling lady on the phone said they had an opening at 12pm if I wanted to drop it off then they could get it fixed then. When I go there Jordan the Car Care Manager helped me out and I told him what happened. He said "hold on one minute, the guys are ready so I think we can work you in right now to help get you fixed up so you can get to work". Jordan was awesome. He could have just said, we'll call you when it's ready, but he went out of his way to help me out when he didn't have to. Great job Jordan Jackson!”

“I recently had an outstanding experience at the Firestone Tire Store located at Eastgate in Cincinnati, OH. I arrived mid-afternoon on a Saturday with two flat tires - a situation that could have easily ruined my weekend.
However, the store manager greeted me with a positive and friendly attitude that immediately put me at ease. Despite not having an appointment, he promptly scheduled my car for two new tires. To my surprise and relief, my problem was fixed within the hour!
The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff were truly commendable. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a priority at this location. I left the store feeling very satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service.
