“I had a tire go completely flat, but my Honda hybrid has no spare. I slowly made it to TD in Amelia. My tire size I needed was uncommon and therefore not in stock. That is when Eric the manager kicked in and got me two tires from another location. A stressful situation came to a comfortable ending. Always deal with TD!”

Today I thought I had a big issue so I dropped off my car, got picked up, and as soon as I got home Chris called. “I walked into this place, simply because I have used it in another state. Nathan, the write up man, looked up my previous sales and quickly evaluated my situation, and I felt he was truthful, and honest to me about what he had found. Because I had used the service in another state a number of times he offered me a family and friends discount and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a set of four new tires that were balanced and perfect. The technicians were extremely nice friendly thorough and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend the service write up man in this location if you're looking for friendly and helpful help with your tire needs”
“Take your vehicle here. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service. Help support your local small business. It's a lesson I learned today and won't forget. Thank you gentlemen. You have earned a lifelong customer today. :)”

“I had a nail in one of my tires on the way to a doctor appointment. I stopped at a tire shop that I recently did business with. They said they could look at it, but it would take a couple of hours. I didn't have time to wait so I went down the road to Tire Discounters ( which I have done business with for 40 years.) They were also busy but knew I was on my way to an appointment. Chris Costen said they could look at it for me. They pulled the nail out, and unfortunately the the tire had an air leak, but they took the time to go ahead and patch it for me. I was so happy and impressed with the whole crew. Chris and all the shop people were very professional and polite. They even checked all 4 pressure sensors, adjusted the air, and even cleaned all my wheels and tires! And did it for no charge!! What great service. I will be continuing to use Tire Discounters forever. Especially this location at 8600 Beechmont Ave. Cincinnati Ohio. Good job, everybody. Clint from Amelia, Ohio”
“I had needed my truck looked at because I had needed a plug place in my tire. The previous place I went to refused to plug it and told me I needed all 4 of my tires replaced. Shawn and Mike to great care of my vehicle and needless to say they reassured me that my tires still had some life left in them. They didn’t try to upsell me or make me get any unnecessary work done to my vehicle. I will continue taking my truck here for maintenance and tire needs going forward.”

Don't know how RT became a manager sure wasn't his ability to talk to customers please people if u do choose to go here pleas look at your receipt and make sure it has your name and address on it and not someone else's it can void your warranty even though my credit card paid for the service the receipt does not have my name on it and was told nothing can be done cuz my number came up another person's name that I don't even know so now my receipt is is in their name and nothing they can do about it. MR RT WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STATING NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT !!!!! PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND AVOID THE HEADACHES”

“Barton's is an Honest auto shop.they are fairly priced as well. I have been there on a numerous occasions and they have always been honest and have done quality work. They replaced a caliper, 6mobths later it failed. I didn't know that I was in the 1 year warranty(they told me initially I just forgot). They reminded me that it was under their warranty and free of charge. They have earned my respect multiple times.”

“Chris originally helped me the first time I went in. The tires I wanted weren't in stock. He could get them by mid afternoon. Shortly after I arrived home, Chris called and said he is having them delivered by special delivery. I got there before the delivery and had to wait. When arrived, I waited for them to be put on. Though the waiting was a bit long, Chris went above and beyond to get me the tires I wanted. I've been going here for over 20 years. Never been disappointed.”
“Today at Tire Discounters I realized that not all businesses are about business anymore. I realized that two individuals are more about a neighbor helping a neighbor in time of need. My hat off to Larry Molly and a mechanic named Tom. They treated me like I was that neighbor and saw I needed that help and come to my aid. “I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done.. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.. while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.”

“We are soooo pleased with this location!! We had a stressful day and had a tire repaired from RnR tires (worst place ever, stay away) anyways, they refused to put it on for us unless we wanted to wait closer to closing time. We drove an hour and 10 min from ky to pick it up on a donut. Safety concerns were rising and I didn't have all the time in the world to wait for their convince when they wanted to put it on. So we went to Firestone walked in the front desk person knew I was stressed and he was happy to help and got us in right away. They were busy with three other vehicles but never let that stop them to help. Took only 10 minutes and we were back on the road. They made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. For now on we will be doing business with them.”
