“We weren’t even there for service — my son urgently needed to use the restroom, and Conrad’s in Avon Lake was so courteous to let him use theirs without hesitation. On top of that, they even gave him a free bottle of water on the way out since it was hot outside. That small act of kindness really stood out.
Even though we didn’t use their services this time, their generosity and character showed me exactly what kind of business they are running. When I do need service in the future, Conrad’s will absolutely be my first choice.
