“We weren’t even there for service — my son urgently needed to use the restroom, and Conrad’s in Avon Lake was so courteous to let him use theirs without hesitation. On top of that, they even gave him a free bottle of water on the way out since it was hot outside. That small act of kindness really stood out.
Even though we didn’t use their services this time, their generosity and character showed me exactly what kind of business they are running. When I do need service in the future, Conrad’s will absolutely be my first choice. It’s rare to see a business go out of their way like this, and it speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care.”

Should have been informed while writing up estimate.. 2. No mention of the charge for road test. If you have the work done perhaps that charge should be dropped.”

“The waiting area is large and comfortable. With an appointment they get you in and out very quickly. They will point out other issues with your car or try to upsell you, but they are not pushy at all.”

“The guys did a solid job installing my tires — no complaints on the work itself. I appreciate the care they took, and they even took a video walkaround of my vehicle to point out some recommended services. That part was cool, but no one actually went over those recommendations with me before I left, and nothing was provided in writing.
My only real issue was the wait. I showed up early and had both of my kids with me, and they still ran way over the time they initially gave me. I get that things happen, but a heads-up or more accurate estimate would’ve gone a long way.
Overall, decent experience and I’d come back, but I hope communication improves going forward.”

“I was there on a Sunday afternoon.It wasn’t super fast, but there was one vehicle that was having an issue That was holding things up a little bit but once they got to me it took about 10 minutes. You wait in your car. The people were thorough on inspecting and offered things that could be replaced, but we’re not pushy and we’re very friendly throughout. It was very welcoming.”
