I left an message for someone to contact me and I had the good fortune of dealing with Client Manager, Tim Barnett. First he sent me a very detailed video of the truck so that I could see what I was buying. His follow up was excellent throughout the process. He even sent me a video of the truck just before it was driving off by the driver transporting it to me. That's customer service! I would also like to commend Jessica Nicholas in the Finance department as well. She was very easy to work with, an excellent communicator and made the finance process seamless.
