I live in Tennessee and found the truck I was looking for online at this dealership, hundreds of miles away from my home. I left an message for someone to contact me and I had the good fortune of dealing with Client Manager, Tim Barnett. First he sent me a very detailed video of the truck so that I could see what I was buying. His follow up was excellent throughout the process. He even sent me a video of the truck just before it was driving off by the driver transporting it to me. That's customer service! I would also like to commend Jessica Nicholas in the Finance department as well. She was very easy to work with, an excellent communicator and made the finance process seamless. “Good place to go for a quick oil change. They check tire pressure and fill if needed. They check fluid levels and add, if needed. In between oil changes, you can stop and have them fill up fluid levels or check tires and add air, for free!”
“These guys were amazing! We were traveling thru when we broke down on the highway. Within 20min, they had our van, trailer, and passengers (including a dog) back at the shop in repair!
