“They’re welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in the door and they honestly help me get the computer I was looking for which was a laptop for high school may been a little old but it was a reasonable price and they are amazing people they are friendly customer service And honestly I highly recommend I like the newer building they’re in but sometimes I miss the older one but they sold me a good computer that lasted me four years of high school and two different jobs for being an old thinkpad they sold me about 4 years ago”

“My first experience at Facet Jewelry & Pawn in Milford. I went in to see about getting a chain clasp repaired. Mike K. waited on me. He was the jewelry repair person. He was ever so kind and professional. I explained I was in need of the repair by Saturday as a gift for my grandson in Florida. He said he could get it done by Friday. Then went ahead and did it while I waited since it was just a soldier the ring closed repair. He did a wonderful job and even polished the chain for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him doing that, it saved me another trip during a very busy time of year for me. Kudos Mike and thank you so much!”
