“Everything was able to be handled smoothly and promptly. I did need to call customer support after hours to extend my rental due to unforseen circumstances, and although i was able to get it done, speaking with the representative was hard due to a language barrier and constant misunderstandings from both parties. The location on Medina Rd in Medina, where I actually rented from, was able to sort everything out for me the very next business day. I have used this specific location 3 times now and will do so again if i need to. Highly reccomend.”

“It was very easy to get the rental for my accident. They called me immediately after the insurance company notified them and made arrangements. The vehicle was ready to pick up at the body shop when I dropped my car (Tesla) to be repaired. The only negative: I had requested and was confirmed that we would be getting a Tesla three weeks before we picked up the car but later was told no Tesla was available.”
“I’ve rented a few trailers and an RV from RVShare. The process is easy and straightforward. Each time, the rental has met or exceeded the expectations.My only real complaint is the cost of insurance that you are required to get. For a 4 day rental, it was 53% of the cost of the rental (rental: $372, insurance: $194). I understand there’s a higher risk, but it feels excessive when compared to the cost of the rv rental. They really need to figure out how to get that under control.”

“The staff in this office gets our highest recommendation. We rented an SUV for a cross country trip to visit our daughter. About 4 hours into our trip the SUV overheated. I called the staff at the Akron office and they helped us exchange the vehicle for another and went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. “We have been renting from Avis for about 10 years now. Never had an issue. In fact, we ONLY go to Avis for rental needs. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays. Makes planning the drop off a lot easier. As far as using a credit card at pick up...I wasn't too thrilled either, but that is for deposit. You can change payment type at drop off.”
