I was recently in the store in Grand Forks, ND. A sweet lady welcomed me and my friend into the store and asked if we needed help. I continued my purchase before my friend and asked the sweet lady if there was anywhere I could sit. She moved some items so I had a place to sit at on table. She was such a sweetheart I had to let you know. The following was on my receipt.

Shopped at this location yesterday. Dealt with Stella in cosmetics. She was absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and an all around pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be returning.

A dying place in a dead mall

I can't knock these guys too much, as they sell 501s, have Sherpa denim jackets, and they carry the brand Adidas, unfortunately not Adidas sambas, which everyone should carry. The issue I had with this store is that it seems like you can't find people to help you. Sometimes it's so big and it's easy almost to get lost in this place. They have a ton of merchandise, and I'd say as far as the clothing is concerned, it's mostly premium priced, so nothing spectacular here, but they had a couple of deals. It's all top quality as far as I can tell, it's funny about customer service because you can't find anyone until you start looking around the store by yourself and then you got they're asset protection or employees geeked out watching you. Like, I can't help it if I fit a certain stereotype, but I would certainly drop the concern of losing your merchandise and invest it back into your employees to make them happier or cut some prices there. I imagine there's a big overhead for the location in this dying Mall. So it's got to be a challenge just to manage this place.

It is very unorganized, there is only one fitting room, but the workers that we dealt with were really nice.
