elder lady in men's was dso slow people behind left line went someplace else.i was ready to leave my stuff. should not take 15 min to ring up 3 things. great that she works but find different place for her.

A great selection of clothes at decent prices. My only complaint is that the elderly lady checking us out was extremely slow. Open a few more checkout kiosks!

I've always liked this JC Penney location. It's generally very clean and has some good quality items and some good sales if you go during the right time. Hopefully this store doesn't fold like the rest have.
