“Very friendly staff and quick responses. I was able to get moved into my apartment a lot sooner than expected and everything was ready to go when I got there. My specific unit was remodeled recently so naturally there were a couple issues as I started using appliances but after submitting a maintenance request everything was fixed and cleaned up within the same day. I couldn’t as for a more smooth transition into a new place to live. Forest park and Macy Hess went above and beyond!!”

“Great property with great amenities. Are they older, sure. Do they show wear and tare from years of use (mostly by college kids), sure. That is all to be expected. The property is very quiet and kept clean. The pool and hot tub and sauna are clean and warm and great to have on site. There is also a gym and rec room and vending machines on site. Rent is more than fair, especially factoring in the amenities. Staff were always pleasent and quick to respond. I highly recommend these apartments.”

“He was a big help with our maintenance, our microwave had stopped working, time would show, we could use the under light, and the fan, but otherwise it wouldn't let us start it without popping the breaker, Alton came up and fixed it in about 10-15, to fix it up”
