“Very friendly staff and quick responses. I was able to get moved into my apartment a lot sooner than expected and everything was ready to go when I got there. My specific unit was remodeled recently so naturally there were a couple issues as I started using appliances but after submitting a maintenance request everything was fixed and cleaned up within the same day. I couldn’t as for a more smooth transition into a new place to live. Forest park and Macy Hess went above and beyond!!”

“Lived here for almost 2 years, good place to live! You get your own room and bathroom and big closet which is so nice! Management is great. Only downside is outdoor stairs and the parking lots are usually bad in the winter. Good place for college students for sure!”

“My boyfriend and I lived here for almost 2 years. Our experience was mostly good. Community is quiet. Short drive or walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had a few maintenance issues & maintenance came out really fast to fix them. Price for the 1 bed/1 bath was reasonable.It was disappointing when our upstairs neighbor allowed her dogs to pee on the balcony and it drenched our balcony and furniture in urine. The first time I contacted management about this, they told me i should contact my renters insurance to get it cleaned which is not right at all. I had to contact management via email and phone multiple times over the course of a few weeks for them to send someone out to clean the mess my neighbor made.When we moved out, I left the place cleaner than I got it. When we first moved in, the place reeked of cat litter, and I was sweeping up litter from underneath the baseboards for months. But even though I left the place cleaner than I found it, they took a huge amount of money from my security deposit for cleaning and other fees.”

“Great property with great amenities. Are they older, sure. Do they show wear and tare from years of use (mostly by college kids), sure. That is all to be expected. The property is very quiet and kept clean. The pool and hot tub and sauna are clean and warm and great to have on site. There is also a gym and rec room and vending machines on site. Rent is more than fair, especially factoring in the amenities. Staff were always pleasent and quick to respond. I highly recommend these apartments.”
