Customers appreciate the friendly staff, easy return policy, and tidy, clean aisles. The store provides convenient online ordering with free pickup for all and free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members. Orders are hand-picked by trained associates and brought to the customer's car. However, some frustration exists due to long lines and few checkers, with limits on self-checkout for larger orders. Occasional issues with sale prices not ringing up correctly at the register have been noted. The parking lot can sometimes have unrelated disturbances. Overall, it is viewed by many as a convenient and reliable shopping destination.
The employees were quite good at passing on any responsibilties to someone else.

Everything I went for in the personal care section was empty. I asked for help. Was told computer states shelves are full. He checked in back and found no stock and the person in charge of the area had no idea his area was so bare. Very disappointed.

They're not afraid to spend money here and make their store look attractive. Wish I can say the same for the Bismarck and Mandan stores.
