“Had to make a quick stop at Kohl's today. I'm here in Fargo North Dakota for my grandson's birthday. I picked up a few toys for him and a birthday card. Also snagged me a couple of retro concert shirts. 2 for 20 bucks. One is ACDC High Way to hell 1979 the other KISS. My first concert,1979 Highway to Hell tour. San Bernardino speedway with Molly Hatchet and Blue Oyster Cult. Anyway I digress. Tonight is Monster jam at Fargo Dome. Thanks Again Kohl's. Peace Big John”
“I'm only giving 5 stars to the lady who helped my girlfriend and i. mikayla was her name. we were looking for potting soil, we weren't familiar with where to find it because we usually buy it at the plant store downtown. the kind lady asked if we needed help and we said yes. she asked what we were looking for and we told her. she brought us to this kiosk machine and typed in the numbers for the soil. it wasn't there. she told us she could check one more spot and that was on her work phone where she looked it up to show that there was some outside in the lawn and garden area. she wrote down what we needed and how much and told us to bring it to the tills. we got up to the till where debbie was. we handed her the paper and right off the bat she was disrespectful. she assumed there wasn't any soil and that it was mikayla's fault and she didn't want to "waste our time" by going out there and looking. i said to her, "she took time to stop and ask if we needed help and then proceeded to actually help us." she said to us that there was only two left and so she then called her manager over where she complained of mikayla not knowing for sure if there was any soil. the manager told her there was soil. we then went out to get the soil just to see that there was 48 bags of the soil!! it hurt me to see her act this way in front of us and to treat her coworker like that. especially when she was the one who took time to help us?? i assume she hates on mikayla because when we said who it was she rolled her eyes. i hope she understands how disgusting her actions were.”

“I really do like this Walmart better than the one on 13th.TWICE I was looking for something and couldn't quite find it when an employee that was nearby came and asked me if they could help me find something.I was almost knocked off my feet!!Customer service at Walmart is not usually that great. But of course, I've been shopping at the 13th avenue store for quite some time. We just moved to this side of town so I will not be going back there.BIG NOTE HEREEVERY PLACE IN FARGO IS UNDER STAFFED.SO WHEN PEOPLE ARE NEGATIVE TOWARDS PLACES THEY JUST NEED TO KEEP THAT IN MIND.I APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE, BUT NOBODY WAS EVER RUDE TO ME AT THE OTHER PLACE EITHER. JUST SHORT STAFFED”

“Mom found a nice winter parka system she was interested in, but chose not to get it since it wasn't on sale. It was fun visiting with 2 of the women Mom worked with years ago when she worked there. We found some great prices on dresses and clearance bras. The best find was tighty whities for my Dad who thought they stopped making them.”

“I've always loved target, and recently they've been stepping up their game. Things have been reorganized to be easier to shop, and displays have been updated by a lot. The beauty department got a face lift (pun intended) with new shelving and so many new products and brands. The target app was updated to include items locations and if it's in stock. Makes for a great shopping experience!”
“Customer service in the departments has always been great. Lately they seem a little understaffed but that's most places 2022-2023. gov. propaganda put the hurt to many businesses.”
