Brought my Benz in for service and the staff are friendly and educated. I feel they listened to me about having my Mercedes looked at and serviced . Had a cup of coffee while I worked in the waiting room for my coworker to pick me up even though they asked me if they could drop me by work.

Didn't even make it to the PARKING LOT!! Judge you based on your wallet- don't care about what you actually want or need.... HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Im not going to buy something because they think I should.Will gladly give you all the texts Mr. Jeff

Visited Valley Imports for the first time and it was a smooth experience. I took my car in for service, the staff was very helpful in guiding me where to go, they told me the wait time would be 1.5 hrs but were able to get it done in 50 mins. Checkout process was easy and my car was spotless!!
