Car has same issue brought in for. Told I was 1 month overdue for already paid for included service and would pay $120.00 or call it the 20k Mile service-ridiculous! Car has 6500 miles and appointment made a month ago. Appreciated rental car for the day since we live out of town. Feeling like the Tiguan was a $37k mistake.

Customer service is above and beyond at this location. Wayne did a phenomenal job communicating the processes and expediting the results. This location took what could have been a nerve wracking experience and made it smooth and seamless.

Brought my Benz in for service and the staff are friendly and educated. I feel they listened to me about having my Mercedes looked at and serviced . Had a cup of coffee while I worked in the waiting room for my coworker to pick me up even though they asked me if they could drop me by work.
