Ultimately it ended up working out with the original size and the other parts of my order were awesome because of her. I believe her name was Mina or Ami, i truly can't remember and forgot to write it down. She is amazing and deserves a raise!”

Customer hours are posted on the same side and there’s placards where customers park/enter. The team there is friendly and knowledgeable...great customer service and sense of urgency!”

“Lisa was an absolute angel to work with. I had a lot of issues getting my package delivered and I do not live in Fargo (here for the holidays). When I went to the FedEx Ship Center, I explained my situation to Lisa and she immediately wanted to help even though it was 5 minutes til closing time (they we're off for the next 3 days and I wouldn't have been able to get my package that was already 5 days delayed). She made sure I was sorted out before closing the shop and I received my package that night. The world needs more people like Lisa, I can't thank you enough!!”

“After our North Fargo mailman refused to deliver our mail for 9 days in a row (due to 1 inch or less of snow most days) there were 3 days with more than that, I finally decided to drive to the only post office that had previously been helpful to me and Rick had helped me find out where I could go to retrieve my mail. He gave me an address and phone number and described how to get there. He was very helpful and is a great example of how some people that work here are awesome and very helpful while others skimp on their work and do as little as possible. Thank you to Rick and his boss for hiring him keep up the great work!!!”
