“Went to the store to pick up a package, unfortunately received a package for someone else (with a very common name I know it can be easy to do) when I called the store to inform them, they were extremely apologetic and offered to hand deliver the package to me at my home. It was extremely helpful to have them do that for me, as I use a walker for mobility and can’t always walk there”
