“I am extremely happy with 5Star storage. The staff are very easy to talk to. Very Friendly and helpful. And very patient. Also extremely happy with the storage facilities on 25th st N Fargo. So clean. The units are squeaky clean. And the whole property. Is very well maintained. I've rented units from 5 other companies in town. And hands down. 5Star is the Premier. Staff and facilities are better than the best. I will be pulling my stuff in storage. At a different facility. And bringing it all here. Thank you 5Star. Jim Edwards”

“This storage facility is awesome.Wayne (Fargo location) went above and beyond being helpful. I haven’t had my car out of storage for a year. Wayne was right there to connect battery cables, check my oil, and persevered when my rear tire was rusted and stuck. Wow! Also…. Last winter when I thought I had locked my storage when it was freezing cold , he called to let me know my garage was not locked. I sent him a key and he took care of it . I reside out of state and feel 100% certain I chose the right storage facility. Happy yo give them my business!! Thanks Wayne!!”

“I arrived at 0745 and checked in with shipping, There's a friendly lady working there and she gave me a door assignment right away.
They started loading the trailer 15 minutes after bumping the dock.
I was loaded less than 30 minutes later, went inside signed paperwork and dock worker came out sealed trailer.
There are some vending machines inside the shipping office for the drivers.”
