The call center was a little questionable. I had to follow up to obtain copies of my account documents. Kinda concerned but they have a fantastic reputation. I'll accept pricey for quality ✨?

When I’ve asked for a storage located at the facility where the office was in Fargo, I was told that they’re charging $50 over the price for the same size unit at another location. No clear or logical explanation was provided. ? Price gauging

There's good and well not so good about not being gated. It is fenced off and has cameras although its unknown if they actually work. It is fenced but again there is no gate.
