I purchased the engagement ring and wedding band from Riddles 12 years ago. The purchasing experience was great, but the ongoing service and cleaning is my favorite service they provided. They frequently repair and replace any typical wear and tear at no cost. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks, Riddles!

5 stars to Abby and Austin I had to have 2 rings cut off due to an upcoming surgery. It wasn't an easy job yet they remained friendly and pleasant. That's what I call great customer service
