“Our new favorite hotel!Rooms: The rooms were wonderful! Very modern, very clean, and very quiet!Food & drinks: The hot honey cheese curds at the Unicorn were incredible! I've never had anything like it. They were so good, I can't wait to get back to Fargo for more!Noteworthy details: The market area on first floor is awesome! And we loved being able to sit and have a drink, then walk right upstairs to our room so nobody has to drive.”

“A very enjoyable 3 night stay.
Thanks especially to Austen and Lori at front desk. Also thanks to our very welcoming social hour hostess Kaia. The housekeeping staff go to great lengths to keep everything neat and tidy. Our room was very clean and was nice and cool despite 88 degree daytime temperatures. Kelly Inn and Suites is our go-to choice whenever in Fargo.

Rooms: Clean, comfortable, well-cooled despite sweltering heat outside.

Walkability: Lots of restaurants within walking distance.”

“We attended an event at the Fargo Theater and needed a place close by (with in walking distance) to stay for the night. Location was great! The walk back to Hotel Donaldson at night was a little sketchy as we had to walk past a "central park" with some---activity happening. You can risk parking on the street and the bank parking lot next door is patrolled for violators so we opted for valet parking for an extra $15 offered by the hotel. We had a corner room and the bed was.....WOW!....COMFORTABLE! There are some products in the room for purchase as well as in the reception lounge....like white ROBES! Unfortunately they were out of my size however they did offer to order me one and have it shipped to my home. There is a bar lounge and restaurant down stairs on ground level and lots of other food and shopping around the area. Overall, we would do it all over again. One draw back, the shower hand held points out of the shower and when turned on with the door open sprays the floor. Very clean room and very comfortable.

Rooms: The corner room has a view of buildings, parking lot and streets.

Nearby activities: The Fargo Theater is only a few blocks away and lots of dining and shopping around.

Safety: A Block away there is a quare or central park for gatherings. There are water spouts and seating but some beggers and homeless people linger. We were approached while walking by.

Walkability: The hotel is on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs or elevator. Short term parking out front at designated times.

Food and drinks: On the ground level there is a bar and restaurant with other offsight shopping and dining as well.

Noteworthy details: A few blocks to the Fargo Theater.”

“what's at this hotel part was the great service Skylar gave at the front desk. we checked in about 10:00 p.m. he had a great smile and was very very helpful and making sure that our accommodations were met. the room was very nice. I was a little concerned about the hospital being close by but we did not hear any ambulances or any noise during the night. the locations right off the interstate and we did not hear traffic. the location is very good if you're traveling to Sioux falls or to jamestown.

Rooms: we had two queen beds the room was a nice size in the bathroom was a nice size. the heating and air we're not very noisy at all. the refrigerator is located behind a door by the window.”

“Amazing rooms for amazing price. Have stayed here for almost a month and by far the best hotel so far. Front desk are extremely helpful, and they are there 24/7. WiFi is immaculate with Ethernet cable connectors. Has a kitchen in each room, with a full sized fridge!”

“This hotel is not bad. The location is right downtown with nice walking trails just a block away. Really my only complaint is that the rooms let in a little more noise than I would like. This is probably due to the hard floors rather than carpet so there is nothing to dampen any sound. But rooms are clean and staff is nice.”

“The attention to detail is what sets Hilton Garden Inn Fargo apart from similar hotels. The room is clean, spacious, modern and there's a little yellow lucky greeting you in the shower. The best part is the pool/hot tub area. It's well-maintained with towels laid out neatly and fun decor unlike other hotels where the walls are bare.

We had the hot tub to ourselves. The indoor swimming pool is heated and made for a really comfortable swim.

Highly recommended.”

“Check in was easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Location was great, right next to lots of amenities and restaurants! Very pet friendly hotel, with a well maintained pet relief area just around the back! I will definitely stay again if I am in the area again.”

“No issues with the stay. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast; cheese omelet was good and had pancakes machine plus sausage, breads, yogurt, cereals. Staff members were pleasant. Mattress was pretty firm. The room was big and clean and could use some maintenance. Shower doors kept sliding open, no TP holder or TP in the room (only tissue box), bathroom door beat up, bed short ripped up, stain on the couch. Great room darkening curtains and noise was not an issue even on the first floor close to lobby and a meeting room. Hotel offered hospital discount. I would stay again without an issue.”

“The pool was extremely crowded, probably because it was spring break time. Different pools have different colors of water. The elevator is tiny and always packed. Music near the elevator is loud and annoying, maybe because you need to wait for that elevator forever. The stairs are at the end of the long hall on the pool side. The stairs on the other side are for emergency exit only - you can get to the 1st floor there - only one way exit to the street there. So, the stairs are not an option to avoid the crowded elevator Microwave and mini-fridge are okay. 2 TVs for the suite are good, kids love the "Internet TV" option with YouTube. Someone unplugged the HDMI cable from the 2nd TV and plugged HDMI into the HDMI out port of STB mounted at the back of the TV - I was able to fix it. Set the thermostat temperature at plus one degree to get the desired temperature or it will be one degree colder. Mattresses and pillows are the best. The sink in the restroom needs the handle fixed, but I didn't bring any tools with me this time. It is hard to set water temperature with a loose handle. I am not sure if Starbucks is operational - have not seen anyone there. Urban 42 is ok - their pizza was the best food for our kids, but it is not a menu item - available as part of the booking package. The Mall is just across the street.”

“Everything in this hotel is brand new! It looks like these owners have been spending a ton of time and money renovating this place. Our linens still had creases on them from being so new. Front desk people were polite and helpful. They even showed us our room before we booked it??

Rooms: Most of the stuff in our room was brand new. The place is quiet and cozy. Definitely going to sleep god here.

Nearby activities: Close to where we are working!”

“I have personally been living here since October, it is in a great location and not their fault for the things going around which is why 4 stars instead of 5 but the staff here have been absolutely fantastic since I moved in and still are to this day. The manager, Simi should be very proud of the staff that she has, including the newly hired people, all very friendly and helpful.

Rooms: Need a little updating, which is happening, slowly but it is but pretty clean and I personally have never not felt safe in my own room.

Nearby activities: The mall, bowling alley, and a skate rink.

Walkability: There is a bus stop not far from here if you need to get anywhere but also a mall within walking distance.

Food & drinks: In the motel itself are some vending machines but in the area you have Mexican, fast food, two grocery stores and many more. There are a few bars in the area as well.

Noteworthy details: If you stay during holidays the staff typically will do something for the families who have nothing to do, July 4th BBQ and fireworks, Santa came Christmas Eve for the kids, a dinner for Thanksgiving and so on.”

“If you want a place to sleep and are passing through Fargo, this is a hotel for you. It has a really nice bar. The rooms are dated, and it's not impeccably cleaned, but it was perfect for what we needed. It was cheap and a place to sleep after a long drive.”
