“This is the definition of a boutique hotel. It is all located in an industrial building with a factory theme full of eateries, bars and specialty stores. Everything is done online and you get your code that controls the elevator, the room, the funny door after hours and the underground heated parking if you "splurged" for such commodity. The second floor has more tables plus about a dozen pinball machines. The eateries are all delicious as we made sure we tried something fun each one. We must recommend the nasty buns as our favorite.Rooms: The rooms are individually decorated and named after each of their brews. It has the basic necessities plus a hardened appearance as an industrial park.Safety: This place feels safe. You need a code for the elevator to go to the hotel for. The underground parking is secured with cameras throughout.Food & drinks: All delicious. Take your pick or order from different ones and share.”

“We had a Double Queen room on the second floor. The A/C and heat worked great, water pressure was good shower was hot. The pool and hot tub downstairs were nice and not busy so our family had the pool room to ourselves. Room service had a limited but good menu. Their 16" pizza was delicious. All of the staff from the housekeepers to the room service to the front desk were all super polite and willing to bend over backward for anything.I'm used to needing to bring my laptop with so I can connect it to the tv and watch Netflix, but I didn't have to, the large 50" flat screen tv had it built in. There is a great on order breakfast/ buffet breakfast area but you have to pay for that separately.”

“Room cost 400 for two nights no mention anywhere or upon checkin that pool was out of order. Refrigerator was not clean top of refrigerator was not clean and details around the kitchen and bathroom where not wiped down properly. I would show pictures if I could figure out how.Rooms: Not properly cleaned.Food & drinks: Refrigerator was gross.Noteworthy details: Pool was out of order not told that at checkin or I would have went some place else.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff and the General Manager Christian. I booked a room in advance and there was some confusion on both of our parts. Jaydron helped me when I stopped at the property and was so nice and helpful. I had to return 2 days later because of confusion on my part and Christian was beyond helpful as was the young man who was working at the front desk. Our reservation is for the near future but if it is anything like the experience I have had, it will be 5 star!!”

The other front desk clerks were nasty Diana, Manny, Gia, Amber, Hope, and Panther. “Have stayed here several times and have generally been pleased. The price is always right and service is top notch. The breakfast isn't a gourmet spread but it's hot and plentiful and gets the job done. Rooms are somewhat dated but are clean and comfortable. The towels are good quality. Small but fun pool area to relax. Location is excellent, close to shopping and one of the best Mexican restaurants in the country!”

“This has to be the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at!!! I spent 200 on a room and there's cum stains all over the bedding!! So I call the manager and he proceeded to tell me there's nothing wrong with the room and that he's stressed out and does not have time for this and hangs up on me!!”

“When you take into account the value, this is a great family hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. This is an older hotel that isn't in topnotch shape, but for a family with kids who want to swim and try to keep a budget. It's a great choice. We stayed in a suite because our family needs the extra space.”
