Customer service in the departments has always been great. Lately they seem a little understaffed but that's most places 2022-2023. gov. propaganda put the hurt to many businesses.

Took 4 days to get tire with nail in it back. I had to call them 2 times. They would fit me in, and I can't even make an appointment for a nail in my tire. Price went up $13 more than last time. Total price was $26 to fix a nail in my tire.
