A friend of mine asked me to make a cash deposit for her. I went to the drive-thru and the lady at the counter took the money and asked me if I'd like a receipt. I said sure after waiting about 10 minutes and her not returning I just left she calls my friend and ask her to send me back down there to show my ID because cash deposits need to have an ID when she originally didn't ask for that at all. I was told to speak with a Bethany, well Bethany just was deliberately staling as I was told she just took her lunch break, and apparently was the only one who could verify my ID. After waiting 10 mins for her to come out of her office and her food trough, I read through policy and Bethany was just causing customers grief. My friend I made the deposit for is going to withdrawal all her funds and find a new bank. I suggest everyone banking there does the same.

Fortunately, for me I have not had any issues here. Everyone is always friendly and Heather is always on top of things and even reminded me of a few things I forgot to do. Saved me a return trip thanks for everything. I always come here because us bank phone customer service is horrible and everyone at the bank resolves my issues within minutes and actually pays attention. For the past few years Heather has always helped me and even taken the time to say hi when she was busy and asked if I need something. They even taken person time while closing or before opening if they seen me waiting to ask if I needed help with something before they opened, closed or went to lunch. I always deal with Heather.. Thanks for being so great Heather and to the rest of the staff here.

Terrible experience. Manager refused to released funds from a cashier's check for a week after it was verified cleared from the issuing credit union (I had to call and verify). Wouldn't release until threatened with a call to corporate. What a joke. Glad we never have to do business with them again.

I'm stewing over a bad experience at US Bank - Dickinson. Ashley, the branch manager, turned us away from opening a secondary checking account simply because one employee was heading to lunch and the other employee would be left alone to manage a lobby full of zero customers.

Walk in they anwser all questions an customer servuce is very well practiced lovely ladies that work in there they do whatever u ask for all around great !!!!!!!!!

Very friendly tellers at the drive through and they always remember to ask about suckers for my kids so my kids don't mind being dragged along there too :)
