“I leased a unit a few years ago and would lease again without hesitation. Very clean, well maintained, and security does check up on the property constantly, from what I've seen. I never had any issues with bugs, rodents, or any other problems. The management was easy to work with, (no BS and no bait and switch games like I ran into at another major storage chain in Bismarck.) My unit was ready to use when I showed up, and it was very clean. I can't say that about the competitor, which I won't name but I'm sure you know about them already. If I could give Denny's ten stars, I would! (No, I don't work for them this is an honest review, I'm a local guide for Google, check my profile to verify it.)”

“I rented from U-Haul in the past at a different location and the experience was pretty good. I made the reservation about 10 days before it was needed and then read the reviews the night prior to picking up my trailer. I saw all the negative reviews and was a bit worried. I arrived at 7:20 AM to pick up my trailer. The person behind the counter wasn't overly friendly but neither am I at 7:20 AM. He was pleasant and the rental process went as I had hoped. Upon return, I parked the trailer where I picked it up and started making my way over to the store to let them know I had returned. I was met by another employee outside in the rain telling me she would get me checked in and I was all set. Overall, a pretty good experience.”
