I went in because I thought I had cracked my phone's screen. The man working said I had only cracked the screen protector and I just needed to replace that. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't play on my ignorance to try and upsell me a new screen or new phone. I was impressed by his honesty.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and they take their time with their customers. Two workers... I forgot their names... but a young fellow, dark hair, with glasses... I want to say his name is Owen...
