This used to be a decent PO. Supervisor is sweet but ineffective. Carrier should be fired for forging a signature on a passport delivery. She is always putting mail and packages in wrong boxes. It’s a joke in our neighborhood—who has my package??! Messages between neighbors all the time. Would give zero stars if I could.

They don't even deserve the one star never delivers mail on time or put mail in the wrong mail box. Tell you that your getting mail and shows who its from and still Don't even deliver it like they supposed to.

We have been in the area of this particular USPS for about 4 years now, have received countless of other people’s mail, deliveries to the wrong address, missing items and as of the most recent, coming to the realization that they somehow lost my registration renewal notice in the mail back in June. Luckily, I realized this when I saw my car sticker had expired - I cannot imagine the internal issues or delivery issues that would cause such a headache for so many of us. I really feel bad for the Post Office staff - they work hard, and I’m sure are understaffed.

Postal delivery mixes up my address with another address 2 streets over all the time so i get there mail and they get mine so now i am missing a $300 package that says it was delivered but i never received and the automated system is useless.

Contrary to your beliefs i hope you all know leaving a positive or negative review for this post office means nothing simply because you have no choice but to give them your business and they also tender your mail because they are indeed a government establishment lol. They could care less about the negative reviews because it effects nothing and changes nothing lol. We get mail deliveries twice a day in my neighborhood and they mix up my mail and my neighbors' mail often lol. USPS is all around bad but what can you do lol. . I hope this helps lol
EDIT: oh yeah if its a rainy day, dont be surprised if your tracking says delivery attempted or no access... Its because the mail carrier was not about to get out of the truck to deliver your package in the rain. Sad truth, harsh reality lol

For the most part, the USPS at Myrtle Grove NC is excellent. Their experienced people have always been great over the 30 years my family has been here in Wilmington and one of them has just been " promoted" to the main PO downtown and she was GREAT!. The issues we have had were with NEW back room mail "sorters" and the PO's distribution center, wherever that is, also sorting mail so it arrives in a timely manner. Lastly, locally answering the phone to get a tracking number is next to impossible when we are out of state trying to track Express mail. THAT COULD VERY WELL BE A HIRING/ UNDERSTAFFED ISSUE. I'm going to start a negative 5 star count every time our courier leaves me the wrong pkg. Today will be -10. I actually went to the post office 2/21 after receiving another wrong pkg but was told the supervisor was too busy to speak to me. I gave them my contact info and to no surprise 3 days later no call.

A friend of mine sent me a package and rather them deliver it to my house like instructed, they stuffed it into the mailbox. And when I went to go Retrieve it from the mailbox items were missing out of the package and it was torn open like this.This has been a consistent problem. And it definitely needs to be looked into. Not even surprising that you guys have a 1.8

The men that work at the post office are not friendly at all to deal with. They always have something snarky to say. The females I have dealt with are super friendly. A few bad apples working the desk can ruin it for everyone.Customer service could greatly improve.
