    I'm going to start a negative 5 star count every time our courier leaves me the wrong pkg. Today will be -10. I actually went to the post office 2/21 after receiving another wrong pkg but was told the supervisor was too busy to speak to me. I gave them my contact info and to no surprise 3 days later no call.

    The men that work at the post office are not friendly at all to deal with. They always have something snarky to say. The females I have dealt with are super friendly. A few bad apples working the desk can ruin it for everyone.Customer service could greatly improve.

    I was home all day and I sit right next to my front door. Tracking states attempted delivery at 1:51pm and I am wondering who they tried to deliver my package & left a notice for, as it was not me. I am glad they are letting me pick up as this is the second attempt, but I wish they would take more care for the addresses... read full comment
