They do not answer phones despite the fact that I'm a good, long-time customer at that branch and badly needed help. We saw there were bankers inside who were free, but no one bothered to answer the phone.

My wife went to this branch with the intent of getting $100 worth of 1's and 5's to use at a craft fair we were attending. She was told that they didn't have any cash with no explanation. This is a bank! How the hell does a bank not have $100 in cash? I'm completely in awe. I may decide to close the 5 accounts I currently have with this bank. Ridiculous.

Every time I visit this branch I vow to drop WF and go elsewhere. Absolutely useless! Other WF branches perform much better than this one. Close it and move on.

Worst service I have ever seen. Most UNINFORMED branch I have ever seen. Assistant manager Jarrad (btw, rudest man I encounter in a long time), does not know basic deposit procedures. He had to be educated by me calling HQ and HQ contacting the branch about simple deposit procedures. What a rookie! This branch doesnt follow procedures set by Wells. They create their own terms.This is the ONLY BRANCH in NC, if not in the entire country, that doesnt take counter business cash deposits. So if you have a business and you want your employee to deposit money to your account because you have no time for that personally - THEY WILL DECLINE A DEPOSIT!!!! For months we send employees to make cash deposits at different branches all over NC without a problem, and this location DENIED us a business cash deposit!!! How do you deny a business deposit?

Giving two stars due too slow...slow...drive-thru. Waited at least 15mins in line and at teller. Then too top it off teller was rude. Had too wait additional time for her to help customers inside bank. They need more tellers and customer service training. Very surprise normally love Wells Fargo!!
