This branch was amazing! Went in with a concern and talked with a personal banker! I think his name was Andy? Sorry bad with names! Katie also helped! To the 2 of you, thank you for all of your help

Giving two stars due too slow...slow...drive-thru. Waited at least 15mins in line and at teller. Then too top it off teller was rude. Had too wait additional time for her to help customers inside bank. They need more tellers and customer service training. Very surprise normally love Wells Fargo!!
