I threw an absolute mess into the in-store representative Jeff’s lap and he quickly resolved the issues with such grace, professionalism, and determination to not only find a solution, but to make me feel like a valued customer. I feel confident that it had not been for Jeff, I’d still be on the phone with AT&T and still not have any resolution. “Let me tell you about this rock-star Verizon salesman at the Providence Farm Lane, Charlotte NC location. This guy went above and beyond for me. He motioned me over to the Verizon booth set up at the Southern Living Christmas Show back in November and did his job. I left with an upgrade for my whole family. He took the time to explain the devices, and work with me in sending my old devices back even after I returned home. I do not live in Charlotte, actually about 2.5 hours from Charlotte, but he gave me his contact information to have for any questions. Fast-forward there was an issue with my bill in which I attempted 3 times to handle it myself with customer service only to get angry and hang up on the "Customer Service Professionals" each time. When I reached out to JT he was as kind as always and said he would work on it for me. He not only worked on it but advocated for me on the call with the customer service rep to get the issue resolved. This goes above and beyond his duty to the customer but that is who he is. If you ever need cellular services from a person of true character, professionalism, and charm, he is your guy. Go check him out for all your cellular needs.”

I spent all day Saturday talking with AT&T online and then Apple and then AT&T again. Wayne knew exactly what to do to fix my phone today. He is so very kind and so knowledgeable. He was easy to work with.. He listened. He payed attention He apologized if he started to talk when I was talking. He apologized for the other person’s mistakes He said he wanted me to be a smart as I wanted to be, so he showed me as he fixed the problems that happened when the phone was set up incorrectly when I bought the phone by the other employee. I am so thankful that Wayne was here to fix the errors! If you can give this man a raise you should.”
