“I love 9Round and I love the team at Matthews! I wasn’t new the kickboxing when I joined, nor was this the first 9Round I joined, but this is by far my favorite gym. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around. They have member events, contests, and other things to stay involved. It’s been the easiest gym to stay committed to my twice a week schedule, and I truly look forward to working out now! And of course, best of all, I’ve lost 30lbs since I joined and am gaining muscle ?”

“I see all the effort and dedication Amy and her team put into this place.9Round has changed my life (no exaggeration). I have observed such a great increase in my mental and physical health! I am stronger inside and out.There are no class times so you can join whatever round is available at the moment! Perfect for busy lives! The workout also changes everyday so there’s no way you’ll ever get bored!There’s one-on-one practice to not only burn lots of calories but also work on your technique! The gym and equipments are clean and updated. The music makes you want to break your own records.I’ve joined in February (so it’s been 8 months) and the improvement on my body aesthetically speaking is undeniable and visible to everyone around me. Muscles are toned, fat percentage was drastically reduced.I am absolutely grateful and always will be! I recommend 9round to all my friends, family and as many people as I possibly can!They really deserve to change their relationship with their own bodies and minds. “I was a member at CFP for 5 years before moving out of state. After joining a gym in my new town, I see the differences and I'm very thankful that I went to CFP for as long as I did to build a solid base. Better athletes than me at my new gym are struggling with movements and they confess it's because they have no fundamentals to build off of and have been getting by due to sheer strength. I used to just roll with the warmup thinking it was getting me ready for the workout, little did I know it was developing my form and technique for one day when I didn't have coaches guiding me like they do at CFP. I've never competed (nor do I plan to) but I'm glad I have solid fundamentals in place thanks to the coaches there. I'm appreciative of all the time I spent working out there and the friends I made along the way.”

I love the personal attention I receive in a group setting. I train here about 5 days a week and the environment and trainers are consistent and positive and the workout is always challenging. “I joined 'The Empire' about 18 months ago. My only regret is why not sooner. I friggin love this place. Well equipped for strength athletes, great atmosphere and great people (most of them)... lol! Everyone is approachable if you have questions or need assistance. The best part, it's not a box gym, people work in here. Justin is a cool guy and easy going.If you want to get strong, whether in powerlifting, strongman or a specific sport, this is the place.”

“I’m so thankful I joined Burn Boot Camp in October of 2021! The trainers are challenging, encouraging, and remember your name from the first camp you attend. They remember any injuries/modifications you need and make sure to follow up as the weeks progress. I safely trained throughout my second pregnancy at Burn, and Josh and his team were STELLAR at checking in with me and providing modifications. My postpartum recovery was so much easier this time around thanks to Burn. Child watch is fantastic and my kids love it. You will not regret joining this awesome community!”

“I worked almost exclusively with Kayla both in groups and individually. You are pushed as much as u need to be pushed. I lost and kept weight off as I worked out with her- I know I would have lost more if a followed a more strict diet but I just aimed to be more intuitive while eating and exercising constantly and getting stronger. Even taking 2-3 week break from working out- I did not gain weight. I trust her to work with your body and your abilities to the fullest extent. I would definitely recommend her.”

Effort was never my problem however having an non-athletic body type, I accepted I would always look the same. Nothing has been more consistent and kept me more accountable than 9Round. Craig is highly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and will be the first one to push you when you’re starting to slack. The rest of the trainers want to see you succeed and do a fantastic job at keeping the workouts fresh and challenging.Sign up and inform yourself on some basic nutrition, keep with it and you’ll become obsessed with pushing yourself.”

“Burn Bootcamp is amazing! The workouts are hard and challenging, everything I expect in a workout. If needed, I can modify my workout to what my body can handle. The trainers support you every step of the way and encourage you to do your best. Never would I have thought I would get to 250 camps but I set a goal and the trainers helped me get there. Glad I am part of this supportive community. They have amazing childcare as well and woman only camp workouts if needed.”

“Long overdue review- CFJ was an amazing place to workout and be a part of. I relocated to the area in 2018 and waited about a year before diving back in to a local box. Coach Brent and his staff are amazing and welcoming. After no less that 15 months off restarting was a challenge. My 5am/530am group was like family. 2020 really threw a loop in all of it but the Coaches kept up the programming and provided home workouts. I had to leave early 2021 to relocate, again. But if you’re ever in the area- drop in. You’ll be happy you did!”

“The fitness trail has 20 stations, woven throughout a nice, cool wooded area of Ballantyne Corporate Park. Each station has instructions with diagrams, as well as modifications for beginners & advanced users. Warm-up & stretches are recommended. The area isn't usually busy at all, & some weekdays I'm totally on my own! Love it!”
