“Customer service was awesome, from signing up making terms clear but concise, all the equipment offered ! May kook like a small gym but is sure complete with everything you may need. Equipment is always nice and clean, the times I go are never overly crowded and best of all you can go at any time and not having to worry about rushing your workout. I absolutely recommend this gym, and parking is PLENTIFUL.The coaches are so encouraging and the things that the membership offers are unbeatably. Staff is always on point addressing any kind of issues, definitely best decision made!”

I worked out at ATP for a year and learned so much about movement fundamentals, mobility, and overall tips on living a healthy lifestyle.Wade and team are extremely flexible and work hard to scale/adjust/communicate every exercise. The studio is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.I've been working with Chad for several weeks. I chose him because of his expertise, credentials, and his 20+ years of experience. I am 50+ so I wanted to make sure the person I worked with understood the difference between a 30 year old body and a 50+ one, but would give me the result of looking and feeling like I was back there again!When I heard Chad is certified in orthopedic exercise, pain-free movement, sports nutrition, PNF stretching, and fascia bodywork, I knew I would be in good hands!When you walk in the studio his upbeat, high energy greets you. “I’m so thankful I joined Burn Boot Camp in October of 2021! The trainers are challenging, encouraging, and remember your name from the first camp you attend. They remember any injuries/modifications you need and make sure to follow up as the weeks progress. I safely trained throughout my second pregnancy at Burn, and Josh and his team were STELLAR at checking in with me and providing modifications. My postpartum recovery was so much easier this time around thanks to Burn. Child watch is fantastic and my kids love it. You will not regret joining this awesome community!”

“Burn Bootcamp is amazing! The workouts are hard and challenging, everything I expect in a workout. If needed, I can modify my workout to what my body can handle. The trainers support you every step of the way and encourage you to do your best. Never would I have thought I would get to 250 camps but I set a goal and the trainers helped me get there. Glad I am part of this supportive community. They have amazing childcare as well and woman only camp workouts if needed.”

“Coach Kyle is my hero. He’s the coach I’ve worked with the most. I’ve been going to the gym at 5 am 3 days a week. He has kept me motivated and modified the exercises to fit my level of training. I’m in my fifties but I work out with men/women of various ages/levels of exercises. I travel a lot and am motivated to work out even while I’m traveling. This team both coaches and members motivate each other and the energy is always on 10. I thank this family for my life change and the start of my new healthier life.”

“I love 9Round and I love the team at Matthews! I wasn’t new the kickboxing when I joined, nor was this the first 9Round I joined, but this is by far my favorite gym. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around. They have member events, contests, and other things to stay involved. It’s been the easiest gym to stay committed to my twice a week schedule, and I truly look forward to working out now! And of course, best of all, I’ve lost 30lbs since I joined and am gaining muscle ?”

“Great gym and better atmosphere!! I'm a 49 year old and had gotten up to 240 lbs. I signed up for Enterprise's biggest loser program and am so glad that I did. My only regret is that I didn't do it 15 years earlier. Working with John has been great! He gives you a personalized program that is tailored for you and very easy to follow! After 5+ years of my weight yo-yoing between 215 and 240 lbs, John showed me a much better way. I wish I had known 25 years ago what the folks at Enterprise have taught me. After 12 weeks in the program, I'm down 38 lbs and still going! More importantly, it is easy to follow and sustain. I definitely recommend giving this gym a chance, it could be the best thing you do for yourself.”

“I’ve been a member at this location for about 6 months. After visiting some of the other AFs in the area, I can confidently say it’s the cleanest and best maintained. The staff is friendly and take pride in keeping the facility and machines in good condition. It’s never too crowded and I’ve never had to wait for equipment. Only downside might be parking occasionally because it shares a lot with several other businesses. That’s the only real downside. Overall, great gym for the price.”

“If you want a challenge this is a good operation! I had surgery 6 weeks ago and they have been with me as I recovered. I am getting stronger and being pushed appropriately. Easy parking for recent surgical patients. Systematically pushing my level of exercise. With an understanding of the ultimate goals for my knee and it's normal range of motion.”

“I joined 'The Empire' about 18 months ago. My only regret is why not sooner. I friggin love this place. Well equipped for strength athletes, great atmosphere and great people (most of them)... lol! Everyone is approachable if you have questions or need assistance. The best part, it's not a box gym, people work in here. Justin is a cool guy and easy going.If you want to get strong, whether in powerlifting, strongman or a specific sport, this is the place.”

“Have had my child there for two soccer seasons and have loved it. Practice hours are at afternoon. Most games are Saturday morning and the staff/ volunteers are very friendly. At end of games there is always a time of prayer”
