“We popped into this lovely shop on a whim (and to get out of a rainstorm). My daughters and I were delighted with the beautiful pieces they had available and purchased a few keepsakes from our visit to Asheville. Upon noticing a defect in one of the necklaces, I contacted the company and they graciously worked with me to resolve the issue, much to my appreciation. Such wonderful customer service! “I was visiting Asheville for few days and had the chance to visit Lou Lou Boutiques. They had so many cute jewelries, my husband had to drag me out of the store cause I wanted to buy everything! I live in florida and they don’t have a location in Florida unfortunate for me. I hope someday they’ll come to florida or at least have all of their jewelry options online so i can get them shipped to my house. Absolutely recommend anyone visiting to go check this store out!”

“I searched and searched for the Mystery Machine shoes by Irregular Choice and finally found them, however, the timing was not ideal. I was between paychecks and do not use credit cards so I had already spent my budgeted allowance for clothing/shoes. I called and spoke to Renee. She offered a solution so I was able to purchase them when I got paid again. I also prefer to support small business and highly recommend purchasing from them!”

“An odd review as I haven’t shopped here in a while, as I live in a different state now. Elementality was my first job when I was 16 years old, so 12 years ago! They paid me incredibly well, very ahead of their time for paying a decent living wage, I can only imagine how well their sales people are paid now. I was taught so much and even got to participate in photoshoots which I remember making my teen self very happy and feel involved with the business. I wish this business nothing but the best and am so happy to still see them thriving!”

“Accidentally left my shirts in the bag at the mr tea Nextdoor. As we were out of state the gentleman that works here was super helpful and offered to ship me the shirts to my house. They came in two days later super happy with the service we have received. Will stop back in when we visit Asheville again. Thanks again”
