She worked with me on two occasions and both times she was knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to like people and her job (which is a rarity today lol)!
We encountered other reps who left A LOT to be desired, as to customer service professionalism - It was nothing major (i.e. was indirect) which is why I'm not going to put their names on BLAST!
